Return Policy

General Information

  • Before returning any items to Accutech, you must obtain a RA approval by submitting your return through the "Request Return" link when logged into our website.
  • Product returned without a RA number will not be credited.
  • RA expires thirty days (30) from issuance.
  • All returns must be "over-boxed" to protect from any damage in transit.
  • Box count (1/3, 2/3, 3/3) must be included on each shipping label.
  • No marks should be made on the original manufacturer carton or packaging, including RA numbers or box count, and no shipping labels affixed to original carton or packaging.
  • Products must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging with all contents and original packaging material. This includes any accessories or components (wires, cables, etc.) that came with the item.
  • Customer is responsible for all freight and any fees associated with returns, including defective items, unless it is a defect with our Reflection toner line or an Accutech error.

Non-Defective Product Returns

  • A restocking fee may be applied to non-defective returns.
  • Freight will only be credited, or a return label provided, in the event of an Accutech error.
  • Credit for return freight on an Accutech error will be at ground rates.
  • Return Authorizations will not be issued for...
      • Items categorized as "Non-Returnable" on our website, bottled copier supplies, food items, imaging products significantly used or not in the original packaging, special order or custom labeled items, or any product damaged in transit.
      • OEM cartons in unsalable condition (this includes shipping labels affixed to the product box, markings or writing of any kind on the product box, and any visible damage to the product box [i.e. rips, tears, holes, or dents], or any evidence the product box has been opened).

Defective Product Returns

  • Please note all the steps and information listed under "Non-Defective Product Returns" and note the following additional information pertinent to defective merchandise...
    • Accutech cannot accept, credit, or replace defective products for all products we offer. We will not authorize a return of defective OEM toner past 30 days from the invoice date, but all other OEM defectives can be returned up to 90 days from the invoice date. Eligibility for return will be determined by the Returns Department when your request is submitted.
    • Please note that certain manufacturers may require defective issues to be brought to their attention either to offer technical support, or to offer replacement options. When a request is submitted to Accutech, we will let you know if this is required. If a direct-to-manufacturer return is initiated, Accutech will no longer be involved with the process.
  • Defective merchandise will be tested. If no defect is found, no credit will be issued.
  • The Customer is responsible for all freight charges on defective returns except for defective Reflection brand toner.
  • Physical damage to an item (loose or broken pieces, dents, scratches, etc) does not necessarily constitute a defect. This type of damage may occur in transit and should be reported to Accutech immediately. Items with signs of physical damage that did not occur in transit may not be credited if it is determined this damage occurred from improper use or handling.
