Accutech has physical nexus in California and Pennsylvania. For us to ship on your behalf into California you will need to provide a copy of your own California Resale Certificate or we will be required to charge sales tax on your order. On orders shipping into Pennsylvania, we can accept either a PA Resale Certificate number or a PA Exemption form.
Due to recent economic nexus laws, we require completed exemption forms, or resale certificate numbers for the following states:
